Quality at HamilTown arises from the careful choice of raw materials: extra virgin olive oil from first cold pressing, made at the olive-press directly before our eyes; stone milled flour, naturally leavened bread from our hinterland, made with pure mountain water and with respect for traditional times; exclusively “DOC” meat of the Marches, from organically bred cattle; further more, fresh fish from our sea, hand made fresh pasta, according to the best Romagna tradition …we don’t need to tell you more about it. Our family want to share with you our special love for genuineness and for the good tastes sometimes forgotten (in the age of fast food!), being fully aware that… ”the more you eat, the healthier you get”! Flexible meal times: a cheerful morning breakfast, a rich buffet lunch for those who prefer to stay longer on the beach and appreciate an informal lunch, an elegant dinner … All this is served at flexible times to satisfy the needs of all our guests,... in a fairy tale atmosphere : our restaurant’s charming atmosphere, made of art, design and care for detail …is exalted by the big picture recalling a journey in a half metaphysical, half fairy-tale world, through various historical periods and the cities of the real world, recreated by the artist’s imagination.
